Hello everyone. Here's a reminder that White Rock Boat Club is having a work party this Saturday (May 2) beginning at 8 a.m. and lunch will be served. We'll continue working after lunch until the projects are finished, but will be there no later than 5 p.m.
Please bring your own tools so we don't have 10 people standing around waiting to use one hammer! Please bring what you have, including hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, crescent wrenches, pry bars, drills (both cordless and corded) and drill bits, power saws, power extension cords, sledge hammers, bolt cutters, rope, tape measures, etc.
Also bring work gloves, knee pads, hats and sunglasses (or protective eye wear).
We'll have six different teams working on six different projects, so we can definitely put everyone to work no matter what your skill level!
Please be sure to sign in at the clubhouse when you get there to get credit for this work day (members are required to do two work days per year). If you can't make this week, we're having another one next Saturday, and will schedule more (not all on Saturdays) throughout the year.
See you Saturday at the Club!
