Beginning sailing classes will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays on Sept. 4 and Sept. 18 and Oct. 2 and Oct. 16. Classes are free for WRBC members. Nonmembers can join the Club on a Provisional Membership for $50, which includes class registration and access to the Club for 30 days.
